1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to order.

2. Products

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative; colour varies between screens and packaging may change. Specifications are those on the product page at the time of your order.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was clearly wrong, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot lawfully ship to your address.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before payment. Price changes never affect confirmed orders. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we never see full card details.

5. Discount codes

For personal use, not exchangeable for cash, not normally combinable, and withdrawable at any time. We may cancel orders where a code was obtained or used improperly.

6. Intended use and safety — please read

Our products are wellness and comfort devices. They are not medical devices, they have not been evaluated by the FDA, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or injury. Nothing on this store is medical advice.

Do not use the heated massage belt:

• while sleeping or unattended
• on broken, irritated or numb skin
• if you are pregnant
• if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device
• if you have reduced skin sensation, impaired circulation, a thrombosis risk, or diabetes affecting sensation
• on an acute injury, swelling or inflammation

Consult a physician or physical therapist before use if you have any medical condition. Stop immediately if you experience pain, burning, redness that does not fade, dizziness or any other adverse reaction. If your back pain is severe, persistent, follows an injury, or radiates down a leg, seek professional medical assessment.

Follow the manual. Do not disassemble the unit, immerse it in water, or charge it unattended or with a damaged cable. Keep away from children.

7. Returns

Our return terms are in the Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Warranties and liability

We warrant that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for [12] months from delivery. Except as stated, and except where your state's law provides otherwise, products are supplied as-is and we disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from use contrary to the manual or to section 6. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties or on incidental or consequential damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Intellectual property

All text, photographs, graphics, logos and code belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

10. Your content

By submitting a review or photograph you confirm it is your own genuine experience and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the store and in marketing. We do not offer compensation in exchange for positive reviews. We may remove unlawful, misleading or offensive content.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland, where we are established. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection available to you under the law of your state of residence.
